Structure RCC framed structure designed by a qualified structural engineer with walls measuring 10" or 5" as per architectural drawings. Flooring Living, dining, bedroom, kitchen, and balcony areas feature 2'x2' double charge tiles. Anti-skid tiles are used for toilet floors, while stairs and corridors feature a granite finish. The parking and driveway areas are finished with chequered tiles above PCC. Bathrooms Bathroom walls are finished with tiles up to a height of 7 feet. Fittings and fixtures include products from Parryware, Hindware, or Jaquar Essco (equivalent). Kitchen Features a granite working platform with wall tiles up to 2 feet above it and a stainless steel sink. Doors and Windows Doors are constructed of plyboard with standard fittings. Three-track aluminium sliding windows are installed throughout. Finishes Internal walls are treated with putty, while external walls feature a rustic elevation and weather coat paint. Electrical Wiring is provided by Polycab, Havells, or equivalent brands, complemented by Anchor or equivalent switches. Railings Balconies are fitted with MS or SS railings, and stairs are equipped with SS railings and handrails.
