Structure The building is constructed using an earthquake resistant R.C.C. frame structure for safety. Flooring Living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens are finished with high-quality vitrified flooring materials. Doors and Windows Apartments are fitted with Jindal or equivalent heavy-duty aluminium sliding windows. • Main doors feature Godrej or equivalent locks with safety latches. • Internal rooms use flush doors equipped with doorknobs and push locks. Finishes Internal walls are treated with P.O.P. finish and plastic emulsion paint. • Exterior walls are painted with Asian or Berger apex-coated paints. Electrical The units are provided with energy effective fittings for all lighting points. Facilities The project includes ultra-modern automatic high-speed elevators from Schindler or Otis. • A central intercom system connects every flat for seamless internal communication. • A firefighting system is installed as per Chief Fire Officer (CFO) regulations. • Automatic cut-off pumps are provided to ensure efficient water conservation.
