Structure • RCC framed structure with pile foundation and anti-termite treatment. • 8" solid concrete blocks for outer walls and 4" for internal partition walls. • Ceiling height will be maintained at 9 feet 6 inches. Wall Finishes • Internal walls finished with primer, putty, and plastic emulsion paint. • Exterior faces of the building finished with primer and emulsion (Ace/Apex). • Toilet and utility walls finished with glazed ceramic tiles up to 7 feet. Flooring • Vitrified tile flooring in living, dining, family living, kitchen, and bedrooms. • Ceramic anti-skid finish tiles in bathrooms, balconies, and utility areas. • Common areas and staircases will have granite or equivalent material. • Car parking will be finished with Grano flooring. Kitchen • Granite slab platform 2 feet wide at 32 inches height with SS sink. • 2 feet dado tiles above the granite counter. • Sanitary fittings by Jaguar, Roca, or equivalent. • Provision for a chimney will be provided.
