Structure RCC Framed structure designed for seismic compliant (Zone 3). • Masonry includes 200mm for external walls and 100mm for internal walls. • Floor-Floor height will be maintained at 3150mm or 3050mm depending on the villa type. • Anti-termite treatment will be provided during construction. Flooring Living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, and internal passages feature vitrified tiles of size 600x1200mm. • Bathrooms are finished with anti-skid vitrified tiles of size 300x300mm. • Balconies and first-floor open terraces feature matt finish tiles of size 600x600mm. • Staircase, entry sit-out, and deck area are finished with granite flooring. • Car parking areas are provided with Kota flooring. Wall Finish Internal walls are finished with putty, primer, and two coats of premium emulsion. • Ceilings are finished with putty, primer, and two coats of tractor emulsion. • Exterior walls feature a coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint. • Bathroom walls are finished with vitrified tiles up to 2550mm or 2250mm height. Kitchen Kitchen spaces are left open for modular work with electrical and plumbing provisions. • Dining areas feature a granite finish countertop wash basin with a granite splashback. Bathrooms CP and sanitary fixtures are provided by Jaquar or equivalent brands. • Master bathroom features a wall-mounted WC, health faucet, single lever diverter, and rain shower. • Bathrooms include granite countertop wash basins and 2-foot long trench drains. Doors and Windows Main door features a teak wood frame with a double-sided veneer shutter and digital lock. • Bedroom doors have teak wood frames with double-side laminated shutters. • Windows are aluminum sliding shutters with tinted glass and MS safety railings. • French doors are aluminum sliding shutters with toughened glass. Electrical The villas are provided with a 3-phase power supply connection and safety devices. • Modular switches and sockets are from brands like Legrand, Schneider, or equivalent.
