Structure • RCC framed structure with pile foundation and seismic resistant Zone-III design using Fe500 steel TMT bars. • Anti-termite treatment is provided for the structure during the construction process. • Exterior walls are built with 8 inch solid concrete blocks while internal partitions use 4 inch blocks. Flooring • Italian marble is provided in living and dining areas for all 4BHK apartments. • Vitrified tiles are used for flooring in all 2BHK apartments throughout the unit. • Imported double loaded Nano tiles are installed in kitchens and bedrooms of 4BHK apartments. Bathrooms • Roca or Jaquar brand sanitary and CP fittings are used in all bathrooms. • Master bathroom in 4BHK units features a rain shower and a counter top basin. • Wall mounted W/C with concealed cisterns and health faucets are provided in toilets. Kitchen • Plumbing provision and space are provided for a modular kitchen conversion by owners. • Individual RO units are provided in each apartment for drinking water purposes. • Provision for chimney and separate taps for ground water and drinking water are included. Doors and Windows • Main door features a teak wood frame with double side veneer finish skin. • Bedroom doors are designer veneer panel doors with both sides lamination at 7 feet height. • Windows are high-end aluminum with see-through plain glass and aluminum frame ventilators. Electrical • Finolex or equivalent cables and wiring are used for the entire electrical network. • Legrand or equivalent modular plate switches and sockets are provided in all rooms. • Split air-conditioner points are provided for all bedrooms and living areas in 4BHK. Facilities • Kone or Mashiba 6-passenger automatic lifts are provided for building vertical transportation. • Common sump with hydropneumatic water supply system ensures consistent water pressure. • Rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment plants are integrated into the project infrastructure.
