Structure RCC framed structure designed for seismic compliant ((zone-3 with 200mm for external walls and 100mm for internal walls. Floor to floor height ((incl Slab) will be maintained at 2950mm. Anti-termite treatment will be done. Wall/Ceiling Finish Internal walls finished with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of premium emulsion. Ceiling finished with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Tractor emulsion. Exterior walls finished with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint and color as per architect design. Bathroom matt / glossy ceramic wall tile of size 600x300mm for height of 2350mm and will be finished with a coat of primer above false ceiling. Toilet ceiling is grid type false ceiling. Floor Finish Main flooring ((foyer living, dining, internal passage, kitchen and bedrooms) with vitrified tiles of size 1200 x 600mm. All bathrooms with anti-skid ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300mm. Balcony and private open terrace with wooden finish tile flooring of size 1200x600mm. All door thresholds will be provided with tile threshold. Dining and Kitchen Dining area has granite countertops wash basin and wall dado tile of height 300mm ((wherever applicable). Kitchen will be left open for modular work with electrical points and plumbing provisions. Balcony Handrail provided with MS handrail as per architect’s design intent and sill coping with granite. Ceiling cloth drying hanger rods provided in living balcony. Bathrooms CP and sanitary fixtures are Jaquar or equivalent. Master bathroom includes wall mounted wc with cistern, flush plate and health faucet, single lever diverter, spout with overhead shower, hand shower, granite countertop wash basin and 2’ long trench drain. All other bathrooms include wall mounted wc with cistern, flush plate and health faucet, single lever diverter, spout, overhead shower, granite counter with countertop wash basin and 2’ long trench drain.
