Flooring will be glazed tiles and 4' x 0" height glazed tiles dado. 10.Cuddappa cooking platform with steel sink with on self in below cooking platform and 4' glazed tiles provided on above platform. 11.One lot will provided in suitable place. 12.Spartex tiles provided in all rooms with 4" skirting Living with Spartex Tiles. 13.Main Door of the best quality flush door with side polished and one side oil painted with fitting C.P. Aldrop, safely chain, Peep Hole, Door Stopper & Tadi. 14.All other doors of the flush doors both side oil painted with necessary fittings. 15.All windows will have Aluminium sliding windows with glass. 16.W.C. and bath will have aluminium louvered window.. 17. One wash basin in each Flat/Shop. 18.All fitting of aluminium / oxidised iron. 19.Water connection from overhead tank to One tap in Kitchen sink One tap in Wash basin One tap in W.C. One tap in Bath Room
